Refund Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026 — operated by Sergey Litau, contact [email protected]
This page is the full refund policy for the $19 early-access pre-order sold on lilu-ko.litau.app, operated by Sergey Litau ("we," "us," "our"). It repeats and expands on what's already said in Terms of Use §2.
1. What you're paying for
The Lilu iPhone app does not exist yet — it's planned to ship this autumn. What lilu-ko.litau.app currently sells is a one-time, $19 early-access pre-order: a single payment, processed directly by PayPal on this website (not through Apple's App Store or any In-App Purchase system, since the app hasn't been submitted there yet), that reserves you lifetime access to the app once it ships, instead of the $79.99 it will cost after launch. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Want your money back? Just ask — no form, no waiting window, no questions asked.
[email protected]2. How to get a refund
Write to [email protected] at any time and ask for your money back. That's the entire process — there's no refund form to fill in, no waiting period you have to sit through first, and we don't ask why. Because this is a direct PayPal payment rather than an App Store purchase, the refund comes from us, the seller, not from Apple, and we can usually process it within a few days straight to the PayPal account (or card) you paid with.
3. If the app never ships, or launch doesn't happen
Lilu is being built by one person, and buying early access before the app exists is a real risk — this policy is the guarantee against that risk. If the app is delayed indefinitely, cancelled, or otherwise doesn't reach you, every early-access buyer who asks gets a full refund of their $19, under the exact same no-form, no-questions terms as any other refund request on this page. We won't quietly keep payments for a product that was never delivered.
4. After the app ships
Once the app is live and you've received your install link, your $19 purchase continues to be honored as lifetime access — there's nothing further to pay, and this refund policy still applies to that original payment for as long as you'd reasonably expect a young product to still be making good on it. Any separate purchase you make later inside the app itself would go through Apple's own In-App Purchase system, and refunds for that specific purchase would go through Apple's own process at reportaproblem.apple.com, not through us — because Apple, not us, would be the one holding that payment.
